Sassari Smart Grid is a pilot project that allows to minimize the absorption of energy from the network and raise the level of energy self-sufficiency of each university center. The project plans to create, for the first time in Italy, the interconnection of individual grids equipped with photovoltaic production and storage systems, resulting in a single intelligent grid.
