The new complex named Beton Hala Waterfront Center consists of two main areas (exhibition and retail) which may be detected by the two volumes protruding from the existing building, , which acts as a veritable “pedestal” of the new system.
The two new volumes appear as solid shells, strongly rooted to the ground, a sort of extrusion of the ground jutting out to the river.
